Admissions
Manage the entire Admissions Funnel from prospective student through applicant to admitted student. Prospective students can apply online with data feeding directly into the SIS, and when accepted can have seamless access to the Student Portal to track Admissions Status, needed documents, and more. Track core student information including associated contacts, colleges, high schools, test scores, communication activities and much more.
Billing
Track student billing transactions, manage billing batches and distribution to student ledgers, export transactions to the General Ledger, generate statements, allow students to view their statement and pay via the student portal, track aging transactions, and more.
Financial Aid
Manage scholarships, grants, and loans, integrating with COD to originate and disburse federal aid, package students individually or apply rules-based prioritized packaging to multiple students at once, generate award letters, allow students to accept or decline aid via the student portal, track work study, manage award distribution.
Registration
Manage curriculum, set up registration tuition and refunds, and manage Academics including Registration, track transfer courses, set up online registration schedule for students, mass register multiple students into multiple courses, build and evaluate degree plans, track grades and attendance, and more.
Reports
Using a combination of Power BI and Standard reports, student information can be accessed to provide data for each of the Modules. Transcripts for students, billing statements, student course schedules, and Admissions tracking are just a few of the reports available for use.
System Manager
Manage system global policies, user permissions, configure the portals, set up user defined fields, configure terms, grade catalogs, manage data, and more.
Tools
Run batch update processes to update data, assign statuses, run SAP processes, import and export data, such as test scores, ISIR records, COD Origination and Disbursement response files, and more.
